info_outline Study materials are still available to buy online. Our teams are working hard to dispatch orders and arrange deliveries.

Due to Coronavirus we’ve had to change some of our processes, so we’ve pulled together all the information we have for our customers. We hope the information will be of use, but if you have any questions please get in touch.
As of 25th March 2020, the Kaplan Publishing despatch facility in Wokingham remains open, with split shifts and reduced staffing. All office staff are working from home, with the full Customer Services team operating a remote office. Telephone calls and emails will be responded to within the usual timeframes.
All warehouse staff are regularly washing their hands, wearing protective gloves and are a minimum of 2 metres apart at all times, in line with social distancing requirements. None of these staff use public transport and are not sharing facilities in the building. In between shifts there is a deep clean, covering all warehouse areas and surfaces.
No external suppliers or customers are permitted in the building and all office staff are working from home. We are currently not allowing authorised returns.
In addition to our usual bookbuyers, we are currently also shipping study materials to thousands of Kaplan Financial’s classroom students and this may have a small impact on our usual timeframes, which means our smaller despatch team will have a greater workload.
For orders to UK and Ireland addresses, you should still receive delivery within 3-5 working days as usual. Our customer service team is fully functional and happy to advise if you have not received anything within 5 working days. As above, shipping to individual students may have a small impact on our usual delivery timeframes and we ask that you bear with us.
For overseas orders, please be advised that although we will pack and despatch your books as soon as possible, and that all of our couriers remain active, we are aware of restrictions on the entry of goods into various regions due to COVID-19. Therefore, where possible we would suggest contacting a regional stockist or ordering eBooks.
Although we would usually recommend that purchasing the most up-to-date ACCA-approved books is essential, we have taken steps to ensure that you can study for exams in September using books originally purchased for cancelled June 2020 examinations. This means that you will not need to buy new books and still be able to study for your exams effectively, using the correct content.
Therefore we will be providing students and institutions who purchased books for June 2020 with supplementary guidance, advising you of any significant changes between editions and how you can still use your existing books for future exams, including September 2020.
For students, there will be one document per book and this will be automatically uploaded to your MyKaplan account, referred to as supplementary guidance. We will also extend your MyKaplan access to the June book for a further six months.
For tutors at colleges who have adopted our titles, these documents, along with the usual Schedule of Key Changes, will be made available via kaplanconnect.com, both by paper and collectively under one password.
Kaplan will also be offering booster courses, available to both students and training providers, where syllabus changes or circumstances require more in-depth guidance.
Due to the cancellation of ACCA's June 2020 examinations in many parts of the world, we have brought forward the publication of our materials for assessments from September 2020 onwards. These books are now available via our website, although students wishing to purchase June 2020 materials can do so by calling our Customer Service team on 0118 912 3000.
All materials for September 2020 will be in stock and available for purchase by 30th April 2020, with eBooks to follow over the course of the next two months.
For papers with on demand computer based assessments, we will continue to sell the editions valid to the end of August 2020. For students taking these assessments after August, new editions will be available for purchase from June 2020 as usual.
All of Kaplan Publishing’s Study Texts and Exam Kits come with free MyKaplan access, which you automatically receive on purchasing the books, this access includes an online copy of the book. We also provide eBooks for both ACCA and CIMA Study Texts, which can be bought by selecting the eBook option on the website.
All orders placed with a promotional code ending –c after 19th March 2020 will be delivered to home addresses with no additional charge. Please place your order as usual and we will contact you within 48 hours to clarify the new delivery address.
You have the right to return your books within 14 days as usual, for a full credit. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are not accepting returns into our warehouse. Therefore we would ask that you e-mail us with your request and we will advise when we consider it safe for the books to be returned.
We are currently looking into a range of options to ensure that you still receive your study materials, even were the supply of hard copy study materials to be suspended. MyKaplan access would still be immediately provided, and depending on the likely delay, we may also make other digital options available.
